Yeah, Still Here, Still Shoveling....

Hi, everyone. That is if there is anyone still out there. Having a tough time getting through this winter. Might not have made it if not for my Big Boy.

No, not my husband. This Big Boy.

Don't you like how he framed himself? Right now he's off somewhere, probably getting into trouble with Mickey and Speedy.

And I'm trying to get myself back in the mood for sewing, with this stack of fabrics. All these bright colors are getting transformed into a whole bunch of tulips.

Wish it would stop snowing, so we could see a few things sprouting around here. But for now, fabric tulips will have to do.

P.S. Thank you to everbun for their comments on my recent posts. You know who you are. Even though I have been bad about answering, I do appreciate knowing you are out there. I'm going to try to do better. Promise. If I don't, you can stuff a snowball down the back of my collar.

Ugh! I am so done with this snow, especially now that it is officially spring! The disruption in the kids' school schedule and mine is getting really old! Maybe between the blooming daffodils in my kitchen window and your fabric tulips, we can entice spring to finally show up around here!

I'm sure Mick's been doing a lot of closet-hopping while I've been gone--and gawd only knows what kind of mischief he's been up to. I'm sure he's recruited Jensen, Speedy and a few other buns (and even Freddie the gerbil) to help him out.

An adorable picture of Jensen.

It hasn't seemed much like winter here this year. A few snow flurries, a little sleet, but mostly rain and mild temperatures. Sleet and snow are forecast for tonight and in the morning, but only about an inch of accumulation is expected.
